I had contacted Neil regarding a Coop listed on Zillow. He returned my call right away and was able to schedule a showing within the next few days. Unfortunately, the first apartment was not to my liking and found another property that I was interested in which Neil promptly arranged a visit. During these meetings, Neil generously provided many valuable information regarding the ins and outs of selling/purchasing Coops within the Queens/Long Island area. I immediately felt at home at the second property that we saw with Neil but he gave us a list of other Coops within the similar vicinity as backups. We had a little bump in the road dealing with the big banks but he was always very supportive and available to assist with any issues we had to deal with. Your realtor, the bank, the seller, etc. etc. they all get to know you in a financially intimate level. I 1st met Neil almost 2 years ago! YES, 2 yrs ago! (Can you say patience?)
